ISLAMABAD/ABBASPUR: A woman lost her life while another nine people were injured as Indian troops opened unprovoked fire in the Abbaspur Sector on Monday.
According to details, Indian forces fired mortar shells at the house of Abdul Aziz, a resident of Polas Pothi in Abbaspur. Four members of his family sustained severe injuries.
A mortar shell fired at the house of Afsar Jan claimed her life. Foreign Office spokesman Nafees Zakaria in a tweet stated that two civilians had been injured as a result of the unprovoked firing by Indian forces along the LoC in Chirikot Sector on Sunday.
